Have anyone here tried using creatine to counter fatigue?
I have been facing fatigue since 5-6 years now because of poor digestion and frequent diarrhoea and I have tried Ashwagandha, Shilajit, Protein powder (during the time I was going to gym) but nothing cause me to feel fresh and active in the day. I am thinking of starting creatine and hoping it might give me the boost needed to live an active life.
Has anyone else tried creatine as a supplement to boost their day while not going to the gym
