Most Overrated and Underrated Cologne House?

Not limited to niche. It was the only good picture I could find.

The most underrated brands to me would be Guerlain and Hugo Boss. These are not unknown at all, but I don't see them regarded and mentioned to the same degree that most other brands are.

The most overrated brands to me are Louis Vuitton and Creed. *insert 100 downvotes*

This is a controversial topic and I'm well aware that I'll get downvoted for this. But does the presentation of a fragrance actually matter to you?

A lot of people claim that it doesn't matter at all because nobody can see the bottle when they smell you, which makes complete sense. But I'd be lying if I said I haven't been turned away from a fragrance because of the bottle. I mean some of these presentations are straight up hideous (like the one in the pic).

It's what's on the inside that matters but I just feel as though when I get a nicer looking bottle, I'm getting a more thoughtfully curated and premium product. I also like to display my scents on a shelf so I appreciate a more sleek look.

What are your thoughts?
