For those who have multiple EVs and no ICE cars in their garage, how has that been? I’ve always thought hedging with one EV and one ICE was a good idea, whether that be gas prices or power outages, understanding it’s never dire. There’s always a rollercoaster and rarity of worst case scenarios. But just curious how those of you who are full EV garages are enjoying it… or not?
I know there has been a lot of discussion of the R1S suspension over the years, but I’m trying to figure out if what I feel is the norm with my 2 month old R1S or if it’s an issue. The rear suspension in particular feels like it bottoms out on some bumps but then floats on others. When I test drove one with AT wheels on the 20s versus my 22s, I don’t recall this feeling. It’s particularly harsh on some bumps but not all. If I switch to the 20s with Michelin defenders will this resolve it or is my suspension not working properly? I took it to the SC and it all checked out, apparently. Otherwise I absolutely love it. Thanks all.
