I’ve seen this happen to other people before, but this is the first time I’ve experienced it. Do I let it grow? Should I try to take a flesh sample and clone it?
What exactly does it mean when the mycelium wants to fruit on a plate? Is it a sign of healthy genetics?
I had previously cut into this plate to try to isolate some good looking growth and decided to keep it going in case I needed to cut more from it.

Strain - Frosty Blue from High Desert Spores

First time making my own liquid culture. I inoculated this jar about 9 days ago and it’s shown some pretty vigorous growth. Does it need to grow much longer or any more at all? Unless someone with more experience says otherwise, I think this is ready to be tested on an agar plate.
