Does anyone else get panicky when cops are behind them?

I had a panic attack this morning while driving. I couldn't hardly breathe and started shaking. I tried my best to control myself since I was on the highway. What caused it was a police car got behind me and I get like nervous every time when a police car get behind me or if someone is driving too close. It's worse when a cop gets behind me though. I have been stopped twice in the past. Both time I never got a ticket just a warning. Even though I'm good, I get panicky when cops are behind me. The times I have been stopped were for dumb reasons. They couldn't give me a ticket, just a warning. It always happened close to the end of the month like they are trying to meet their quota.

One cop said I put my turn signal on too late when I got in the turning lane and I didn't come to a complete stop at the stop sign. Another cop stopped me because I stopped at an intersection that didn't have a stop sign, but I have seen many people do it before. People run stop signs. Then he said I had a gas leak, which wasn't true.

Gaining weight on Lybalvi

I have been taking Lybalvi for about 2 weeks and still binging. I gained 29 pounds from taking olanzapine fluoxetine two months ago. I took that before Lybalvi. I told my NP, but she wants to increase the Lybalvi, even though, I told her I have been binge eating. It's suppose to stop binge eating, but it doesn't for me.

I take Ozempic as well and was doing good, but as soon as she put me on olanzapine fluoxetine, everything got messed up. I'm always hungry now. My doctor just increased my Ozempic to 2mg, so that might help. I was supposed to be at my target weight last month. I exercise 5 days a week.

I was on Paxil XR years ago and it helped with my anxiety, but when I took it again a second time it did nothing for my anxiety. I'm thinking of asking my NP about Effexor. She's more focused on my hallucinations. Is Effexor good for hallucinations? I hear faint voices at times, mainly at night if I wake up from a vivid dream.
