Is this game right for me?

I’ve played Stormworks: Build and Rescue, and I really love its vehicle construction system where you have to build vehicles to achieve specific goals. For example, in Stormworks, I wanted to catch fish, but using a fishing rod was a waste of time. So, I built a boat equipped with fishing nets to catch fish in large quantities. Or, if I wanted to explore further, I had to build a boat with larger fuel tanks to extend my range.

After playing for a while, I realized I wanted a game that combines a vehicle-building system with a survival system—a game where I have to gather food to survive, build a base to store items, explore for resources, and use vehicles to make that exploration and resource gathering more efficient. For instance, if I need wood but cutting it down manually takes too long, I could build a vehicle equipped with harvesting tools to speed up the process.

I recently came across this game on a YouTube Short, and the building system looked really interesting (I saw someone building a stone-hauling truck). I also saw that it has a survival mode, which peaked my interest. I’ve looked up some information, and the reviews are mixed. Also, the YouTube videos I’ve seen playing the survival mode don't seem to focus much on vehicle construction (though I might not have watched enough yet).

So, what is the survival mode currently like? Is it the kind of experience I’m hoping for? I don’t want to buy the game only to find out it’s not what I expected, which would just make me lose interest in playing it.

Is there a way to disable "Snap" behavior in Flick Stick?

I’m currently trying to use Flick Stick on my right trackpad for Euro Truck Simulator 2. My goal is to use the circular motion of the trackpad to simulate steering the wheel, which feels incredibly immersive

However, the problem is the 'snap' behavior. Whenever I touch the edge of the trackpad to begin turning, the camera (and thus the steering) instantly snaps to that direction, causing the wheel to jerk suddenly and leading to accidents in-game.

Is there any way to disable this snap behavior in the Flick Stick settings, or is there an alternative setting I should use to achieve this 'steering wheel' feel on a trackpad without the abrupt snapping?

Maximum Game Resolution" options missing after latest update

After the update this morning, the 'Maximum Game Resolution' option in the Game Properties has disappeared. I have already tried restarting the device, but the issue persists.

Furthermore, the 'Maximum Game Resolution' setting under Settings > Display is also gone.

Is this a known bug? I noticed the patch notes mentioned changes regarding display resolution settings. Does anyone have a workaround for this? I need to adjust this because some of my games have a bug when running in 16:10 aspect ratio, where NPCs get pushed off-screen, making them unclickable.

Thank you for your help.

P.S. Sorry for my English.

Steam Input Trackpad and Action set layer Issue

I'm looking for a way to configure my trackpad, and I came across this YouTube video. In the video, they mapped the right trackpad as a mouse, and pressing down on the trackpad acts as a left-click to select items. I tried following the video, but my result is completely different.

Reference video: https://youtu.be/rI-zP6Vtsmc?si=WycQZEzj4Ogz37yy

In the video, they can just press it once to click, and they can even jitter-click/spam it smoothly. However, on my end, I have to press it 3 times for the click to register once. If I want to click again, I have to press it another 3 times, as shown in my video.

My video: https://youtu.be/raqcsGMySlc

Did I configure something wrong? How can I fix this?

P.S. I recorded my video on a PC using a PS5 DualSense controller because I wasn't sure how to record the screen directly on the Steam Deck."

Game Stuck on Loading Screen on Steam deck

I am trying to play this game on my Steam Deck, but every time I launch it, the loading screen appears and then the game freezes shortly after. Nothing happens following the freeze. I have tried restarting the game multiple times, but it consistently gets stuck at the same point. I am quite new to these emulators, so I am not sure how to fix this.

  • I am using the Eden emulator integrated with EmuDeck.
  • Both the keys and firmware are updated to version 22.1.
  • I tested two other games, and they both work perfectly fine.
  • I tried the same game file on my PC, and it loads successfully and reaches the main menu.

Sorry for the English. I used AI translation, and thank you.
