I need help trying to identify this Hallmark on a plated Ice Bucket

I bought this bucket from Goodwill for $25 and I cannot find the exact pricing for this bucket, after a little bit I could finally read the bottom “IS International Silver Co. Silver Soldered” but for the life of my I cannot find what this Hallmark, the big H with the circle around it, i’ve tried to find references for it by looking for other such H Hallmarks, I also have no idea what the numbers on the bottom mean.

through my jumping around town and calling a few places i’ve figured out that it is more than likely is made of brass and the outside and inside of the bucket is plated in Silver, and it’s sometime from the 1940s-1950s, and it’s either an Ice Bucket, or a Champagne Bucket, it’s tall, I took it to an antique shop and one man I took it too priced it at $65-70, it’s very heavy maybe 7lbs i don’t have my scale on me but i’m just trying to get some help to identify this Hallmark

CVT Transmission Fluid Change Problems Update

I made a post about 2 days ago, that I was struggling to find a price for my CVT Transmission Fluid Change, most places were being outrageous and charging me much higher than was reasonable, and I made a post asking what should I do and I found a Nissan Dealership that would do it for $330 total and Today I brought it in, and I tell the Dealership Mechanic that i'm here for my appointment for the Transmission Fluid Change and he asks me if i'd like the fluid change or the total flush and change, he says they're the same price and I have a 2019 Nissan Versa and i'm at 70k miles so 10k overdue and he suggests that I should get it, i ask what's the difference and he says that it cleans the entire transmission system out and gives it fresh fluids and he says he would recommend because it's the same price as the standard change.

(They also found a few other problems, such as a dirty Cabin Airfilter, Brake Fluid Change and a Fuel Induction Service and the big thing is a Serpentine Belt Replacement because it has cracks, but the cars problems only started after the Transmission Fluid Flush and Change)

After the service is done the drive home is perfect, no problems until later I drive it around and there's one spot on the road where i have to accelerate up hill and the car slightly kicks back and then even later when i'm driving up hill, the car keeps kicking back more and more, it's not making any noises or smelling, it's just kicking back hard when going up hill, I do my research after because i'm worried and now i'm even more worried that I completely broke my car, I do my research and discover that most mechanics don't recommend a flush whatsoever because it will mess with your transmission hard, and that if I do a flush there's no other way to get the car to run right without getting a new transmission and I feel so stupid I don't know what to do, i've been a wreck and I don't know what to do, I don't have the money for a new car, I just bought this from marketplace back in November,

is there any way to fix it, can I call the dealership and ask them to help because Dealerships Mechanic said he'd recommend because it cleans out the system, i don't have many options at all if you guys can do anything to help or any words of wisdom would be so much appreciated im in complete desperate need of help.

CVT Transmission Fluid Pricing Help

Im a first time Nissan Owner and I'm 10k Miles Overdue for a Transmission Fluid Change, I bought a salvage title 2019 Nissan Versa at 6ok Miles, I was completely unaware of the nature ot the CVT Transmission, I have been calling around my small town i've gotten 3 responses and i'm waiting on responses from 3 other shops and the 3 prices i've gotten are a little confusing the first quote I got back was $717, the second quote | got back was $673* but when he said that was the price he said that price was "worst case scenario" which i'm not sure what that means and the 3rd place I got a quote from said it would be about $280 for the total cost but it would be about two weeks away from doing it
My main question is, are these prices justifiable?.. my uncle who knows a good bit about cars said it would be roughly is $400 and obviously the first two quotes I got from the shop are a lot more, but the $280 quote makes me feel suspicious about the low price, i'm looking for some guidance on people who've gotten these transmission fluid changes

My second question is how long could I realistically go without a transmission fluid change, I have looked up the classifications for "Severe Conditions" and "Normal Conditions", I would say that I don't fall under the "Severe Conditions" tab mostly, I don't drive harshly, there's no constant extreme weather, aside from humidity, my town is the furthest from stop and go traffic the only thing I could really see that could fall under "severe conditions" is the fact we live up in Northern Arkansas and there's plenty of hills but they're not steep hills and we don't drive out that long, Thank you for any help you can give me on this!!
