Hi - I am planning to add Sauna to my basement in Northeast US. I have space under stairs, in the middle of the basement that is 7" X 6" X 7" (ceiling height). OR 210 cm X 180 cm.

Things that worry me:

* Ventilating to outside

* Creating drainage (or should I create a drain for dry sauna)

* Insulating the sauana.

I am good at construction, but have never built a sauna. Would appreciate any help/ tips.

3.85 UW / 1520. V Strong ECs - President of student body, Top 25 for debate and top 50 for ISEF. Strong research in competitive settings. Got 2 B+ in core classes (2 APs - 4s and 1 5). Not URM.

Is ED-ing to IVY (D or Col) a fool's errand?

We will be kayaking off Marinha ending at 13:00. We are looking for a beach club or a beach w Sun Beds & Shade and good facilities + food near by.

We would prefer to be in Albufeira, but willing to drive 30 mins. Not looking to spend money like Well beach club. Thank you.
