I’m 10 weeks post D&C (April 22)after a 6w5day loss found at 8weeks. I have gotten high LH readings last week of May then again the following week (June 2/3) and a peak LH reading on June 29.

I have had brown spotting with some brown tissue seen in toilet on June 21-24 then nothing. I have an appt with my OBGYN due to no true cycle return since D&C. I’m starting to suspect something isn’t right. I do see a REI, as I became pregnant in between egg retrieval and waiting to transfer in February

Would you keep OBGYN appt or go straight back to REI for work up?

I had a MMC (was suppose to be 8w) on April 12. I was only measuring 6w3days with no further cardiac activity seen during ER scan. Opted for D&C on April 22. HCG trended down appropriately from 49,000 to 20 - 3 weeks post procedure, and tested completely negative on pregnancy test since 4 weeks.

Fast forward, I started tracking with OPKs in June and finally got a high reading of 0.83 on june 4/5 and then declined back to baseline numbers. On June 20, I started getting PMS symptoms and thinking that I may be finally getting my first cycle since D&C . On June 23, I started with light brown spotting and enough to wear a panty liner and has tapered off today (June 26).

Could this just be a very wonky first cycle? I am 9 weeks post D&dC 😩
