Klaviyo flow webhook triggered multiple times despite “No re-entry” — has anyone seen this?

Hey everyone - wondering if anyone else has run into this with Klaviyo flows/webhooks.

I have a simple Klaviyo flow set up like this:

Trigger: Added to list
List: Company List
Re-entry: No re-entry

Flow:
1. Send welcome email
2. Send webhook to Slack

For one test profile, my app logs show that we only made one call to Klaviyo to add/subscribe the profile. The profile entered the flow once, received the welcome email once, but the Slack webhook fired three times.

The activity details for all three webhook events show:

{
  "response_status": 200,
  "webhook_id": 319117,
  "name": "Slack Notification"
}

So it does not look like Slack rejected the request or that Klaviyo retried after a non-200 response. All three were successful 200 responses, same webhook ID, same profile, same request body.

The timestamps were roughly:

8:12 AM
9:08 AM
9:14 AM

The flow is live, and re-entry is set to No re-entry.

My current suspicion is that this may have happened because the flow/webhook step was edited while the profile was already in-flight, but I’m not sure.

Has anyone else seen Klaviyo execute the same webhook flow action multiple times even when:

  • the flow has no re-entry
  • the profile only appears to enter once
  • the webhook response was 200
  • the webhook ID is the same across all events

Trying to figure out whether this is expected “at least once” behavior for Klaviyo flow webhooks, a known edge case when editing live flows, or something I should escalate to Klaviyo support.

Has anyone else noticed this around Alpharetta and broader suburbs? Most European/international grocery stores here seem to carry a lot of Eastern European and Asian items, but not as much Western European - Dutch, Belgian, French, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, etc.

Are there places I’m missing around Alpharetta / North Atlanta that carry these kinds of items? City Farmers Market is a bit of a hike and a very overwhelming experience.

Curious what people think.
