Has anyone been stuck in this relapse cycle?
Like you can quit for a few weeks, or even months, but then you always relapse.

No matter how strong the urge is, you can ignore it
Imagine you're about to relapse in your room. You can't resist anymore. What if I told you your mom is going to walk in in 10 seconds? Are you going to keep going?
If the urge is so unstoppable, why can we control ourselves in public? When we're in class, in the office, or at the grocery stores?
The truth is, you can ignore it. Nothing bad is going to happen. On the other hand, good things are going to happen. The more you just let it pass, the weaker it gets over time. You can do it.
