so for the past 2 days i’ve had these weird pimple looking things on my belly button which are extremely painful. anyway i get out of the shower and a third one has spawned to make a perfect triangle. please help me like im scared.

woke up with a really sore throat scared i might’ve inhaled chemicals from sanding furniture and spray painting, checked my throat in the mirror wtf is that? i assumed tonsil stones and just hacked at my throat with a q tip yet to no avail. any idea on wha it could be and wether i should go to the doctor.
