Okay, so for the last two months, I have been on the 5mg/0.5 mL. I recently went up and today was my first day with the 7.5mg/0.5mL. I’m a dummy and took my shot at 1 in the morning so I wasn’t thinking clearly and accidentally took 0.7 instead of the 0.5 I am supposed to. Am I going to be okay? Like, do I need to go to the hospital?

I’m a hypochondriac and am panicking. Pleaseeeeee be nice to me. I have read about worse on here but just wanted to ask to ease my mind.
