Lap shutdowns and restarts automatically when unplugged or running in battery, black-screen error
hi, i bought loq on sep 25 2025, always used the lap plugged in, now during the starting of may, there was power outage in my area and i wanted to use my lap. but it suddenly crashed and restarted itself, stating " your pc ran into a problem, restart needed", it automatically shut down and restarted itself. the problem never appearing when using the lap plugged in but crashes after turning of the adapter or randomly when using lap on battery. i don't know what to do and i don't know how long the problem existed in my laptop. becuz i always used my laptop plugged in on conservative mode. i'm getting black-screen errors. the main tag of the error is " your pc ran into a problem, restart needed " but the sub tag varies time to time, like boost kernel, irql less or equal, EXCEPTION_ON_INVALID_STACK, etc.

RTX 3050 A
RYZEN 5 7235HS, no IGPU
