Fully printable point source monitors. Started as an experiment, blown away by their final sound.

Optimised Unibody PETG-CF enclosure. Dayton Audio PS95-7 full range 3,5" 8 Ohm drivers. Ported and tuned for 80hz. Internal and external geometry one continuous curve for dispersion. Flanged port. Strategic dampening. Internal volume 3,5l. Body, print settings and filament iteratively tested for acoustically "dead" optimal while maintaining good printability and cost.

Edit: I did my say and explained my methods and reasoning, I'm gonna spend the rest of my energy on positive vibes. If anyone has measurements to share or if you want work together on them feel free to DM me!

Ported, sealed, one piece, PS95-8 full range speakers I designed. First version, looking for feedback.

Tuned to 80hz, 3,5l with port. Tested many filaments, PETG-CF with gyroid infill turned out most "uncolored". Internal dampening and continuous smooth surface both outside and inside to avoid edge diffraction. Inside of speaker mount flanged. Unfiltered, for now, but doubting I should. Dayton Audio PS95-8 full range drivers.

Edit; The inside is not sperical but a very slight ogive with the sonic center of the driver placed outside to avoid internal reflection voicing. I had a physics trainee do a path trace and it showed some very slight hotspots/focal zone around the port between 100-300 Hz. Probably bullshit, but this might sweeten the sound a bit for such small/dry drivers.
