I will be joining La trobe Uni in july and have made a group for all the other students so that we form a community beforehand, if anyone want to join the group please let me know.

Hi everyone,

I’ll most likely be moving to Melbourne for the July 2026 intake and was wondering how many other Indian students are also planning to go around the same time.

I noticed there are a lot of students searching for information related to:

• accommodation
• student life in Melbourne
• part-time jobs
• visa timelines
• university experiences
• airport pickup
• what to carry from India
• budgeting and transport

So a few of us thought it would be helpful to create a small Telegram group where students can connect before arriving in Australia and help each other out.

Mainly for students going to universities like:

• La Trobe University
• RMIT University
• Monash University
• Deakin University
• and other Melbourne universities
