Had Some Chin Filler And Now I Like My Face Again

Ok so I finally did a little chin filler and honestly… should’ve done this ages ago lol. My chin always felt weak and made my face look short, every pic bugged me. I only did a small amount, nothing crazy, but it balanced everything out. Healing was easy, barely any swelling, just me staring at the mirror too much. Now my profile looks cleaner and my face feels more put together. Nobody has said “oh you got filler,” they just say I look more rested or structured. I’m really happy with how it turned out. Feels good to fix something that’s been bothering me for years.

HA fillers are way more misunderstood than i thought

I used to think fillers = obvious or overdone just because of what i saw online. like puffy lips and weird results were basically the norm.

but i got HA lip filler recently because my lips were pretty asymmetrical and one side sat lower than the other, and it honestly just looks like me but more balanced.

it also made me realize social media mostly shows extreme cases, not normal subtle results. most of what i got is just a bit more even shape and soft volume so things look more balanced, not like a totally different look.

in real life it’s more like you look fresher and not you got fillers. totally different from what i thought before.

Social Media Lied About Lip Filler

Before I got HA lip filler, I honestly thought duck lips and migration were just like, part of it lol. That’s basically all you really see online anyway.

After doing a bit more research and getting a small amount done myself, I realised the really obvious stuff usually comes from overfilling, not great technique, or people just kinda stacking more over time, you know. My experience was way more chill than I expected, just a bit of shape and balance.

Not saying filler is perfect, I’ve seen some pretty bad work too. I just think social media kinda makes the extreme results look like the norm, when in reality most of it is actually a lot more subtle.
