LYFT 😒😒

So I started Lyft at the end of March and I’m already an elite driver. I’ve given over 700 rides already and stood at a good five stars now I’m at a 4.99 being that a passenger falsified their experience. I even submitted the video evidence and one of the representatives stated they will be removing the safety flag from my account. a week later, I check and the safety flag is still there. I spoke to another representative and send them a screenshot of what their other Lyft representative stated and they’re saying they can’t remove it from the account? This really pisses me off being that the customer was mad because I wouldn’t take them to another destination after they refused to pay the difference and place it in the app. Mind you the new destination was 25 mins away .

So they stated that I was driving unsafe. Does this happen a lot? Has anybody ever experienced this? Because all Lyft is telling me is to drive more and it’ll automatically come off my account, but it puts me in a danger zone because if I receive another one, I won’t be able to give comfort rides anymore.
Which I make most of the money from. and I genuinely feel like this is unfair being that they can easily falsify experiences and even with you submitting evidence, it’s still counted against you.
