Nurse reading a master's degree in IT?

My real dream was to study psychology, I was very interested in the research field, but not in the actual field of therapy, so I loved the idea of studying it but not of working with it, also my math level wasn't high enough and I didn't wanted to take math at a higher level.

I have a bachelor in nursing. The pay and the terms did that I couldn't imagine staying in the field for too long. I worked as a nurse for 2 ½ years before going back to university, I still work as a nurse now 8-24 hours per week.

So I looked at different master's I could take with my bachelor's degree in Nursing.

I applied for a master's degree in IT and in global health. Global health sounded more interesting to me, but I only got accepted into the programme for the master's degree in IT. I started, I am now halfway and have a year left. I thought I could shape my own profile and I still think that it opens up a lot of doors, more than global health probably.

But I am going back in a week after a long summer's holiday, I am reading the litterature for the first week.

While I have been getting good grades, a lot of the time (especially when reading about innovation, digital transformation, etc.) I don't know what I am reading or why it makes a difference. It sometimes feels like 10 pages is used to describe something that could have been said in one or two sentences. I get a sense of the Emperor's New Clothes. It is not that I don't understand it, but it is so extremely boring.

I start to fear if a master's degree in IT will bring along opportunities, especially since my background is in health care and isn't technical?

A bat was flying in my room

I have read the FAQ.

I had my first vaccine the 12th of July and the second the 19th of July. The 22nd of July a bat was flying in my room, while travelling in Cameroun near the rain forrest, I saw it coming in and I saw it leaving. It was dark in the room, but I am pretty sure it was a bat. I didn't feel it touch me, it was probably somewhere between 10 and 20 cm. Later it came back in again, I left the room, when I came back it was gone. I slept under a net.

Now almost a month later I wonder if I should have gone to the ER, if I should do it now. Or if it is not needed as I was wake and didn't feel it on me?

Transfer in IST, two separate tickets?

I am flying from CPH to IST to DLA. The tickets are on two separate tickets. Is it possible to stay in the international transit area of IST and potentially get all the boarding card from there to DLA (I will try to do it online, I hope it is possible even though I have EU residency but a Cameroonian passport).

Buying the tickets I was so stupid to forget I need a visa for Turkey to leave the international transit area. But having two separate tickets, maybe I will still need a visa to board from CPH? Same when coming back home.

Do I need to buy a new ticket with transfer in CDG or is it possible they will let me board (if I have my ticket and my booked hotel in my final destination) even though I don't have an visa for my transfer in IST if I leave the airport. My country is not eligble for an evisa and the embassy told me it will take 6 weeks for a visa and I only have 3.
