Bakit ang toxic ng mentality sa construction field pagdating sa mga freshies at entry level?

I saw almost everyone saying, "ok lang mababa ang sahod sa start kasi experience naman ang habol mo".

Why not both?? Offer them decent salary and benefits while they learn, for sure naman may gain din company nyo dyaan.

I am now in Geotechnical field, land surveying to be specific, and waaayyyy better here. Walang naninigaw, good salary for fresh grad, good benefits including staff house.

Thank God I did not pursue Construction field. And I have no plans.

My brother wants to pursue civil engineering, saan mas ok na school within bataan for CE?

May interview po kasi ako sa Quezon City and gusto ko rin po sana mag-apply sa iba pang company para hindi sayang yung pamasahe. I'm 4 hrs away from the NCR huhu.
