Also, there is an extra field Employer Information which is not mentioned in the check list. Should i just reupload employer declaration and authorization form. The check list, it says i need to upload it with job offer

I have been living in Calgary for a year and I wanted to hear perspective of people here who either have friends in university of Alberta or who live in Edmonton on how easy it is to socialize and make connections

I was wondering if anybody has taken fitness lessons or sports offered by active life during school year. If so, whats the demographics for pilates, yoga and any of the martial arts

I was wondering if there is any clubs for dancing in MRU like salsa, bachata and swing

I'm wondering what are the things that people under 25 are doing to make friends.

my story:

i moved here when i was 22 to start my first job out of uni. I have been trying to make friends and build a community for almost year. So far, it's been insanely difficult. To be fair, I have been able to meet some great people in this journey but i feel like people just drift apart after a while mainly due to scheduling issues, surface level convos, travel time and the pressure to keep up.

I have been a regular in some places for months but it's takes so much time to travel through transit. Another problem is most times, i find myself putting in more work to keep in touch and i just get one word responses. After a while, i just gave up.

I'm now out of ideas so i wanted to see what people around my age are doing to make new friends and live their youth.
