My immediate reaction was "ugh, I'm cancelling and finding something cheaper, I've had it." Then I did a bit of research and... holy shit. Turns out this package is actually the best on the market. 300/30 Mbps, and literally no other provider comes close at this price point. Nothing even remotely competitive.

And the 1TB "limit"? Honestly, I've never once hit it. Felt unlimited to me the whole time.

Going from ready-to-rage-quit to "yeah I'm staying" in the span of one google search.

Just thinking out load here, been in Australia for 7 years , studied a masters degree in IT, got a positive skill assessment and was able to score 100 pts in the 190 nomination visa and 95 in 189. I work in my nominated occupation on a 105k salary. My current visa ends Feb 28 and I am losing 5 age points this November.

Consulted a lawyer and they say it’s a matter of time but with how it is with invitations for IT, I am just afraid.

If you are in the same boat, whats your contingency plan?
