Weber Kettle Ribs

This was my first time cooking up ribs. Overall, I was pleased with the final product but I took them a bit too far for my liking - to the point where the meat was just failing off the bone effortlessly. I’ll have to better monitor next time around.

Seasoned with Texas Sugar BBQ rub from Meat Church, smoked at around 250° for 3 hours, pulled and wrapped in foil (rib side up) with a few pads of butter, some glaze I made, and sprinkles of brown sugar. Finished in a 275° oven for about 2 hours but will likely lower to 250° next time.
