hi! I am selling one VIP ticket to olivia dean in france but I am having trouble transferring the ticket to STUBHUB.

after some research, i saw that there is no ticketmaster resale for france because of strict resale laws in france. Is there a way for me to still sell the ticket on stubhub? If so, how do i transfer it to Stubhub because there is no option for mobile transfer on the Ticketmaster France platform!
