Bought a scooter from someone in Fl who never got the title registered in their name . But they had signed the title and said I shouldn’t have an issue with just his signature on it and to put it in my name. I never got it titled in my name because I was fixing it up and deciding if I wanted to keep it. I end up selling it on fb marketplace, I let the buyer know the issue with the title and he said it shouldn’t be an issue. 3 months have passed by and the guy is being extremely confrontational and saying he is going to come back to my house and this has to be resolved because he can’t get the title in his name due to the guy that sold it to me having his name on there. He says they need that guy present but he doesn’t want to help with the issue . I feel I owe him nothing as I sold it to him as is. I also tried my best to help
Him by contacting the guy I got it from to help with the issue but he doesn’t want to help, so what can I do. The guy that got it from me wants his money back Is he in the right ?

I’ve swiped on every woman in my area. Mostly swipe left because all have the same generic profile. (I love traveling, princess treatment only, I need a man that will spoil me) Then the same generic pics of them at the beach or at a club or next to the fountain in Italy or Eiffel Tower. It’s like I’m swiping on the same person throughout every profile. Does no one have hobbies anymore they like to do or talk about. Then they say “I’m looking for something serious” , yet are half naked in all their pictures and don’t like when you call them out on it.

Neighbor has started this habit a few years back where they vacuum/blow leaves or something I honestly have no idea. They would do it every weekend or so but now it’s gotten to be every day , I get off work and it’s all I hear. It goes for a about an hour or two. They just walk around the perimeter of their yard doing this . I sometimes am not sure if to feel sorry maybe it’s some mental thing they are elderly. But it is so annoying. Anyone else with a similar situation ?
