I might be left stranded at the dealership?

I spoke with the dealership this morning about the Nissan leaf battery recall. The service writer told me that after the recall the car may not be drivable and that they have no loaner vehicles and rental reimbursement policy. Does anybody know how that should be handled?

Edit to add: I called Nissan North America and the CSR said since the recall had been going on for so long he would see if they could make an exception and provide a Hertz or Enterprise rental if one was needed. He said he would call me the end of this week or the beginning of next week

2020 20K miles, rear brakes' pads and rotors 70% worn, is this normal?

One pedal 100%.

Are these replacements DIY possible? I've done front on Camry and Ford.

ETA: Front are 50%.

A funny thing happened in the mall parking lot.

I was pressing the "lock the car" button in order to make the horn toot so I could find my car. (I figured it was more subtle than the help button.) The funny thing that happened was that different cars around the parking lot including one truck started making a toot sound every time I pushed the button. Then I remembered the "find my car app". I was standing about 10 ft away from it. And, yes it was tooting, but quietly.

Lymo told me that if it failed to climb my hill if it was 45° or less they would pay for the return shipping. How do I measure the steepness of my Hill?

My hill is not entirely flat. I was thinking of putting an aluminum ladder against the hill and using a protractor to measure the angle.

My local hardware store has halogen replacement bulbs. But no fixtures that work with them.

Likely a problem with the regulations trying to save energy. I would like to have a full spectrum light but I don't know where to find a fixture to hold the bulbs.
