Can I use MacBook from my Second year?

I have completed my first year and I have a spare MacBook Air m4, this hp elite book lags sometimes and even blacks out. So will teachers allow me to use MacBook?

First year C lab professor allowed us to use Mac (used VS Code)

Plus which coding application do we use for coding from second year?

What should I do? Germany was my dream, but Reddit has made me question everything

I'm a BTech CSE student at KIIT (2029 batch), and for years my plan was simple: get a good CGPA, learn German, do a master's in Germany, get a good job, and build a comfortable life there.

Recently, I've been reading a lot of Reddit posts about Germany, and honestly, I feel like I've been brought back down to earth. Many people are saying that:

  • The job market is very competitive.
  • German language requirements are becoming stricter.
  • A master's is no longer the golden ticket it once was.
  • Even local graduates are struggling to find jobs.

Now I'm genuinely confused about what I should be focusing on.

my_qualifications

  • - Class 10 (ICSE): 92.8%
  • - Class 12 (CBSE): 92.2%
  • - BTech CSE, KIIT University (2029 batch)
  • - Current CGPA: 9.4+
  • - German: A1 (currently learning).

My biggest questions are:

  1. Should I still aim for a master's abroad right after my BTech?
  2. Should I focus entirely on placements and get a few years of experience first?
  3. Is an MBA something I should even be thinking about at this stage?
  4. For someone in my position, what would you prioritize over the next 3 years?
  5. If Germany is no longer the obvious choice, what countries would you consider and why?

Planning to do Mtech / MBA in 2029

Currently I am in my second year of BTech at KIIT (BBSR India) cgpa-9.41, 12th-92.2%, 10th-92.8%, I have always wanted to leave India and move out to get a better pay and better work life balance and germany is the best option i see on internet because of less tution fees but high cost of living...

I already have a huge guilt of spending around 28L in BTech and it feels a lot overwhelming to again spend the same amount in two years for masters...

so is it alright to spend that much and move outside india for better pay? and if so masters or MBA which one do you think will get me higher pay and a better career growth...

Or maybe get some work experience and then move after 1-2 years?

I am also thinking about other countries like Japan or maybe New Zealand or Austria maybe..really confused if it is beneficial for a higher pay

What amenities are there in Campus 25?

Is there a reading room like it used to be in 1st year campus or do we have to go to the Central library? What is the scenario of gym there? Any nearby or we have to go to kiit road for it??
