Ground cable for crackheads to steal?
I feel like this should be atleast insulated. Is this normal? I live in central Washington state. I have a crawl space right below. Then they put the ground cables in the garden bed next to irrigation pipes I’m about to dig up. Is it possible to ask them to fix this? They haven’t swapped the panel yet. They’re coming back Monday to do that. They also didn’t color match the outlets to the old ones and pulled my speaker wire out of the wall for whatever reason they have.
