My wife and I are celebrating our 13th wedding anniversary today! We have been together for 22 years and married for 13. We have been together since high school. We have this long standing (honestly don’t know when it started it has been so long) that when we wake up in the morning whoever says “I love you +1” then “wins” the day! I know it started well before the “I love you 3000” because I remember thinking that the stole our thing lol.

I put her through hell during my addiction (alcohol) and she stuck by my side through all of it. I have been sober for over 2.5 years now and we are stronger than ever.

I recently, in the last 6 months, really got into MTG. My wife did a lot of research into making this card. She went through my cards to find out which color I liked the most (it is white) and then built this card around it. I know the details on the card aren’t perfect as it is likely a sorcery or instant card so it wouldn’t have a power/toughness but I love it because the power/toughness is our wedding date. And then the kicker (not actually a kicker) is the Dr. Strange quote at the bottom because she knows how much I love Marvel.

Happened to go to Walmart today over lunch. Usually their shelves are picked clean for MTG cards. But I figured I would check. Looked like they had just gotten a restock in! Grabbed one collector booster. I thought about grabbing two but I figured there had been a bunch of other people trying to get them. I know the scalpers will probably snag them but I still didn’t want to be selfish.

I would say this box paid for itself!
