28 hours in Seoul

Hello fellow redditors of Korea,

I have a trip coming up in july with a 28 hour layover. we arrive on saturday at 2pm, will check in to a hotel for the night, then have a flight departing at 6pm on sunday night.

the question i have, what to do, see, and eat.

that first night i was hoping to be near a night market, maybe myeongdong. the second day i was going to hire a guide with van to take me from hotel, to sites, then drop off at airport. how do i fill that time on sunday?

Universally disliked team?

Just came back from a tournament over the weekend with my pre-ecnl girls. Overall great experience and every game being competitive. Personally i like bantering with opposing player parents, “you guys did great”, “oh we weill get you next time”, but not with this one team.

I know why i dont like this team. They have a very loud obnoxious parent. Comments that make me think that their girl will burn out and need therapy in the future. What i noticed when we played them was there was a crowd starting to watch. Then i saw jerseys of teams we’ve played in the crowd. Then i hear the comments, “i hate this team”, “they are so dirty”, and they start to cheer for my girls.

Final whistle blew with the score 3-2 in our favor. But the cheers from the crowd gave me goosebumps. It felt like we took down the evil empire.

so my question, is there a universally disliked team in your area?
