Like the title says. I’m looking for something in Canada but would like to styay under $1000.

Road work in our area is getting horrible, so my wife is considering getting an e-bike to commute to/from work (8 km/5 miles round trip). Is there anything available in Canada for under $1000 CAD ($700 USD)?
