Eufy X9 Pro - Base Station Leaks Water during Mop Cleaning! No fix identified

Recently, my x9 Pro/Base Station unit started leaking when it returned to lean the mops. The issue itself states: "The dirty water tank is not placed correctly or the cover is not fully closed. The Base station cannot pump away dirty water during mop washing, please check." I've tried both solutions they offer which is to ensure the dirty water tank is closed and its positioned properly. I've tried reseating this multiple times and it seems completely normal. I've also tried cleaning the cleaning tray, checking the rubber plugs as mentioned on this troubleshooting page and still nothing :https://service.eufy.com/article-description/What-should-I-do-if-my-Auto-Clean-Station-leaks-water?ref=Home\_Page . Everything looks completely fine on the unit itself. Overall the device has worked completely fine/great since I purchased it a few years ago but this has made it completely unusable.

Anyone have a permanent fix to this issue?

BenQ X3100i Streaming App Issues (HBO Max, AppleTV)?

Having repeat streaming buffering issues with the HBO Max App. Overall wifi and other apps seem to be fine. Only way to seem to solve the problem is to delete App cache, and restart the BenQ device entirely.

While this is a great reminder not to binge watch, I can’t make it more than 1 show at a time before this issue happens and I have to force quit, delete cache, and restart. Seems like a really bad design if that’s the workaround.

Is the BenQ app just not good for streaming and do people generally recommend moving to Roku or is this a permanently fixable problem?
