Building a retro build and need a cooler. Will the thermaltake gravity i2 be enough?

Hey everyone. I usually dont ask for help, as for builds I slap on a PA 120 SE and call it. But for this build i feel it looks too modern, and is overkill. Cpu is an i5 4570s (locked @ 65w). I do not have a stock cooler on hand. I can buy the gravity i2 for 10 dollars, or the intel stock for 9.50. I read that the i2 is rated for 95w, and stock 65w. Will it run quieter with the i2? Do I just go stock? TIA.

Build specs for the curious:

I5 4570s.

4x4gb DDR3 1600mHz

Gtx 980 4gb

Is it time to upgrade?

Hey yall.

I recently got into my first fps game after many years of single player (rdr2, cyberpunk, starfeild), called The Finals. Im getting like 50fps 1440p ultra with my pc, and I think its absurdly low considering specs.

Rx 9070xt

4TB Samsung 870 EVO sata SSD.

16gb ddr4 2166mhz

I5 10400f.

Cpu cooler similar to thermalright SI 100.

im assuming the cpu is just show8ng its age?

I get 80fps 1440p max rdr2 and 60 in cp2077 with RT.

I dont really think its worth buying into this platform right? A 10850/10900k would be a waste compared to other options? I dont have much to spend. I only have a 9070xt bc I bought it for 540 USD black Friday last year. TIA
