I got a new Kato 787 starter set and I'm struggling to install the antenna, is it just me (am I doing smt wrong) or is there a tip/trick to it?

I've noticed that my s23 ultra cpu usually runs at 50°c while using it for normal tasks and if its warm outside/bright it usually stays at 60-70°c is that bad? No warning notifications have ever shown up when I've used it.
