Compleltley new to G2G, iv registered and trying to purchase a subscription but i keep getting this messege
"To safeguard the account you have purchased, please change all necessary ownership details of the account to your own within the insurance coverage period"
How do i get around this.

After a bit of help. My Shield arrived this morning and while going through setting everything up i keep getting promted to enable Dolby Vision, i proceed to turn it on but it just reverts back when i come out of the menu. I have an LG Oled C4 2025 model that supports it but it just reverts back. Watching content also looks grainy and washed out so im assuming its not playing correctley.
Everything thats not played through the shield displays in dolby visiual,hdr10 etc but as soon i i switch the picture quality looks poor. Iv tried different hdmi cables, turned off deep colour etc but no luck.
Any help would be appreciated.
