Alrighty cycling friends and enemies a like I am starting to cross train and am looking if there is a program/App out there (similar to runna which is good) that can help me make a training plan for both activities on one plan (endurance road/gravel cycling).
The goal of all this is to train for pretty competitive 5k to 10k racing while still training for fast endurance riding on road and gravel all while not over training.
Unfortunately I cannot afford a coach which would be the best option I know but anything that can provide some idea of structure while not blowing up my life budget!
Any advice would be appreciated!
