Sc-300 passed

I passed the sc-300 today.

The exam was tough and my head was spinning at the end. It challenged me on areas I don’t work with daily like access reviews and entitilement

I’m starting the sc-100 but the exam recently changed Can anyone recommend resources for the latest objectives ?

Home defence PCc

I’m looking at a PCC for home defense, and I have my eye on the Kuna. The new Taurus also has my attention.

I’m trying to keep the total cost under $1,200 since I also plan to buy a suppressor and an optic.

Is the EP9 reliable enough to trust for home defense?

What other options should I be considering?

Has anyone been through the subpoena process

Hi, I had an incident at my home this weekend. After reviewing the last two weeks of footage, I discovered that the individual had entered my home on a previous occasion as well. I would like to know how far back footage can be searched if law enforcement formally requests video related to this individual, either through facial recognition or specific timestamps on particular days. Ive tried support but the support bot was not helpful.

Nightstand setup

Last night, a minor entered my home in the early hours. Fortunately, our camera system alerted us and woke my wife. We located him, and I restrained him and had him sit on the couch until the police arrived.

I recognized him and did not feel the situation warranted bringing my firearm. However, the incident highlighted a weakness in my nightstand setup. While I can access a firearm quickly, I do not have an efficient way to holster it if needed.

When seconds matter, I do not want to spend time putting on a full kit, but I also want the ability to safely transition between a holstered firearm and a ready firearm as circumstances change. I typically sleep in shorts or boxers and a T-shirt.

How can I improve my setup while keeping in mind that I have two children under 10 living in the home?

looking for a Cam recommendation

I had an incident at my home early this morning. Fortunately, my kitchen camera captured it, but I'd like to add a camera covering my back door as well.

I have young children, so I don't want to rely on a light switch being left on for the camera to function.

How reliable are battery-powered cameras for this type of use? If battery-powered cameras are not the best option, what would you recommend instead?
