Hey all, looking for advice on how to attack this issue. I’ve used mould killer and I’ve also sanded it back and repainted.. the truth is with the amount of condensation that comes through, this problem keeps occurring.

Just a reminder that porn really destroys your sense of self. You forget what good there is in your life. You prioritise dopamine, stimulation and you ignore the rest.
I recently had an experience where it threw off my sense of identity in such a big way I broke down. I questioned everything in my life and I couldn’t see any good in it.
Before you make a big choice in your life, maybe quit porn first. You’ll have more clarity.

So I’m going through a lot right now but something that hit me like a truck was a couple of days ago; I felt numb. Nothing. Questioning all of life’s decisions and very anxious. Im questioning whether I married the right person, whether I took the right path in life and even fantasised about moving overseas and starting a new life. I feel so hollow, sad and like my life is a lie as if I wasn’t present for much of it or something.
Has anyone else experienced this?
