Diazepam UK (or any other benzos)

Currently barely functioning with extreme anxiety and my GP keeps prescribing me useless SSRIs. I know benzos work because I used to have access to both diazepam and xanax from a plug but I haven't found any in months now. I would kill for an actual prescription (especially diazepam) but it's so hard to get. Can anyone please help me out?

Can I eat after taking an edible before it's kicked in?

Once I have ate the edible, I wait until the high has kicked in before eating as I don't want to mess up digestion/absorption of the thc, but sometimes I don't feel it for up to 5 or 6 hours. If I want the full effects, can I eat after taking the edible (e.g. 1-2 hours later) or not until it's fully kicked in?

please help. music making my ears hurt

so the only way I cope is playing music (over ear headphones) to drown out depression and anxiety. lately my inner ear (I guess?) starts to hurt a little. I do play it loudly but I always see people with headphones or airpods and it seems fairly normal. now I don't know what to do. I need music on work breaks to decompress, on the bus to work to calm my nerves, walking outside my house because of anxiety and at home to escape. I don't know what to do without music but I'm worried I'll do some bad damage.

what can I do now and what might the inner ear pain mean
