Superguy: Behind the Cape (2000) (mockumentary) somewhat similar to boys

I have not seen this one. The film is currently lost media, however I have reached out to the director and he is planning to publish it soon on platforms. You can find some clips online and website is still active. Its somewhat similar in a sense basing it on the over commercialization of the guy, and downfall.

The Guatemalan Handshake (2006) Indie comedy, dreamlike

It has mixed emotions because the storyline is very weird, and isn't really like a mystery. But it depends on who watches it.

The movie hero (2003) comedy movie like truman show

The trailer doesn't give the movie justice, but its a really good one. Its like the truman show, but the opposite - the guy is the only one that knows. I believe it won a few awards, but is a great film. free on youtube
