Hi. I bought the 2x DP with DVH kit from Costco a few months ago on sale. I've used it to backup my house a total of 0 times. Literally never plugged it in because of reliability issues.

I've already exchanged a DP with EF support once and now that I have that unit back the DVH is sending 553 back to the DPs. Any one have any suggestions? Here's a video of the behavior:

What's the point of an unreliable home backup system? This is useless. I would return the whole thing to Costco if my extra batteries were not from Costco Next.

This is a kids how we're building in our house. The kid wants a red house... But damn it's too much for the whole house to be red so we're trying to find some colors that look decent. However, none do. Please advise.
