Thinking of buying my first Anbernic – RG35XX Pro or R36S?

Hi everyone!
I’m thinking about buying my first Anbernic handheld, and right now I’m leaning toward the RG35XX Pro. I mainly want to play PS1 games and some lighter PSP titles.
I have a couple of questions:

Does it come with PortMaster support out of the box? I’d really like to play Undertale and The Binding of Isaac.
Is there any major advantage of the RG35XX Pro over the R36S?

P.S. I know the RG40XX H is a great option, but I’d really prefer a vertical handheld.
