Knee pain, unsure if my posture is bad or pedal positioning is the cause

Been using this Playseat for a few months without any issues, but recently I’ve started doing longer races in AC Evo and I’ve developed some pain in my right knee.

Looking at these pictures, I’m wondering if my full-throttle position (red line) has my leg too extended compared to my normal/resting position (green). At full throttle my knee is getting pretty close to straight and my toes are pointed quite a bit.

The weird part is that I can’t really reproduce the pain while sitting in the rig. Holding that full-throttle position doesn’t hurt. I notice it much more afterward during normal daily life while walking around, doing squats or basically anytime I fully foldmy knee like when I pull my foot toward my back to stretch my quad. That’s the most painful thing.

If sitting in the rig immediately hurt, I feel like it would be easier to figure out what needs adjusting, but the delayed symptoms have me a little stumped.

For anyone who’s dealt with knee pain from sim racing, does anything about my seating/pedal position jump out at you or do I just need to hit it with my purse Ike my older brother suggested.

The new SIXPACK is better than I expected… but it’s no Hellcat

I recently got some seat time in the 550-hp Charger SIXPACK and compared it directly with my Hellcat.

Honestly, the SIXPACK surprised me. It’s quick, the AWD makes it incredibly easy to launch, and it feels much more modern inside but the Hellcat still delivers an experience the new car can’t really replace.

I put together a full comparison for anyone curious about how they actually stack up beyond the spec sheet:

Interested to hear what everyone thinks. Could you see yourself choosing the SIXPACK, or are you sticking with the HEMI?

Need ideas on what to upgrade next

Current setup is a Playseat Formula Instinct F1 rig with a Logitech G PRO 11Nm wheel, G PRO pedals, Logitech H-pattern shifter and handbrake setup and I just added the PXN CB1 button box with ignition controls and other buttons for things like adjusting TC during races.

I’m running it on a Lenovo Legion Tower 7i with an RTX 4080 Super and currently using a wall-mounted 65-inch Samsung TV I stole from my tv room when we upgraded.

For haptics, I have two Dayton BST-1 bass shakers, one under the seat and one beneath the pedals, powered by a Nobsound amp and configured through SimHub.

I mostly play Assetto Corsa EVO and enjoy Formula and GT-style racing. Just reinstalled Beamng too and excited to try this setup there.

Overall I’m pretty happy with the setup, but I’m curious what you’d upgrade next for the biggest improvement in immersion or driving experience. I’ve considered triples or an ultrawide but this moniter was free so I’m wondering what I should invest in instead of a better moniter.

I’ve started to research active belt tensioners or even even motion platforms but was kind of sticker shocked by how much a plug and play motion option really costs. Not to get off topic but may there are DIY solutions I haven’t seen yet for motion? Idk I’m rambling at this point lol.

Any suggestions or lessons from your own sim rig upgrades are greatly appreciated!

Picture shows how my yard is completely dead just above where the wire for the utility company are laying down. This wasn’t like this when we moved in just over a year ago so this is new-ish.

What would you do?
