A question to all DMs and players: what are the most outlandish ideas for magic items?

As the title suggests, I (as a fledgling DM) am in dire need of either hilarious or hilariously useless magic items. I have found one that is a helmet that if your spell is, for example, toll the dead, the undead around you pay you the level of your character’s amount in gold. Thank you in advance, love you guys. <3

Stealth Hornet - inspired by Armoured Core VI

The Stealth Hornet is equipped with a standard issue Gatling gun on its right, a high-powered Shield module on its left, a maximum-range railgun on its right shoulder, and a quad missile tube on its left shoulder. Specifics of this Mech are largely unknown, since no enemy has reported back once they spotted it…

I did try to mirror the in-game design with the build, and he sat on my shelf for a good while now… decided it was time to put him up on the internet. If you have suggestions, I would love to hear them! Thank you for reading! (Also I can’t take single credit for him, as I have built him with a friend, namely u/feliaxtheone.)
