UX Mismatch, annoying

In my area we have power prices based on hours because of this I have configured a 3 hr block where the ac is set higher so I’m not paying premium to cool the house.

Lately I noticed that my air kick in about 30-45 min before the the schedule changes.

Ecobee calls it a Pre-Cool/Pre-Hear via the mobile app. But the setting can only be changed via the wall unit.

Good luck finding Pre-Cool/Pre-Heat

Looked through all the menus to discover it’s actually called Heating / Cooling Smart Recovery.

Not sure who manages the device vs mobile UX but you have some work to do.

Any luck with getting missing items removed ?

I ordered this Amazon claims it was shipped with another item.

When I opened the package the watch band wasn’t inside. Has anyone had luck with getting it pulled off your list ? Tried requesting a replacement but Amazon was hard on telling me no.
