Edge Panel exposes hidden apps
Using a Samsung (S22) after years of Pixels.
I hid my banking apps on Pixels, and set a separate pass code for them, which did what I wanted (you couldn't even see, let alone open, the apps without first entering that pass code).
I can do the same on the S22, but the Edge Panel appears to blow a giant hole in that security measure. Regardless of whether I hide the apps the same way I did on the Pixel, or add them to Samsung's "Secure Folder", they still appear in the edit menu of the Edge Panel. And once added to that panel, they can be opened directly - no pass code required.
Is there any fix for this? I don't need the Edge Panel at all...
