How can I improve sentence formation and particle usage?

I'm currently studying for the JLPT N5, and my biggest weakness is sentence formation.

I usually know the meaning of the vocabulary and grammar points, but when I try to make my own sentences, I often put the words in the wrong order. My sentences don't sound natural compared to the examples in textbooks or how native speakers express the same idea.

I also feel that my understanding of particles (は, が, を, に, で, へ, と, etc.) is weak, and that may be the main reason.

For those who have passed N5 or higher, what helped you improve sentence formation and particle usage? Did you use any specific books, exercises, or study methods that made a noticeable difference?

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

Jlpt n5 preparation

I have almost done 13 chapters of minna no nihongo till date I can remember vocab form them if I saw them 2 more times , but the main issue is grammer and kanji

Due to my college stuff I have been packed for 2 or 3 months since I started preparing for n5 and now am only till 13 chapters . So basically I have covered grammer for all chapters till 13 but don't remember them sadly ( I know how to do but don't remember) and the most important kanji till now 30 kanji's have been covered. Any scenario in which I might be able to just pass the exam not score good marks but atleast pass ?

One of my friends has covered only grammer till 25 and most of the kanji's he hasn't covered vocab from 5 to 6 chapters his ideas is to mug up all the vocab at the last is this a good strategy I think I might have to follow him please share your opinion?

Any help would be appreciated

Minna no nihongo anki

Hey everyone, so I have been preparing for n5 from the book minna no nihongo . I just wanted a recommendation or suggestions on what should I do

  1. create seperate decks for each chapter vocab ( ie 25 decks )

So that I can learn every chapter separately

  1. should I create one deck for 25 chapters vocab , but I think the last chapters will come very late like 22nd chapter will come at the very last and I have only one month for my n5

I am new to anki so please co-operate 😥
