I am eligible for advance and preparing for it. SO I want to try till Josaa, but first round of councelling is starting 15 May, Will I get COPC in second Round or must apply before 1st round only? My percentile is 95.46 Punjab. Anyone who Applied for 2nd round last year? Can you give official cutoff data of 2nd round?
