my fp abandoned me 2 years ago and i still cant get over her
i have bpd and i have done things to avoid abandonment like threatening , selfharm, od , and i even ended up in hospital and then a psychward this year its been 2 years since they left me and i dont know what to do i cant move on , no amount of therapy and medicine helps, i am on a cocktail of meds for my ocd and unstable mood , i cant stop thinking about her at all idk what to do
