"When I open the 'AsusSetup.exe' .exe file, WinRAR opens up and asks if I want to install it. I've tried installing it and restarting my PC, uninstalling it, and even deleting the winrar.exe files inside that folder, but nothing works. It's the only .exe file that's giving me trouble.

The file that I'm installing is Software and Utility and Unzipping it.
